Well the most important parts have been developed in the past month.Now I’ve stopped working on the site as I have exams and lots of other things to do, in the nearby future I will re-start the two parts of the site with some new features.

2009. március 7. szombatWell in these months, since the last days of january, everything became a little bit complicated, I am collaborating in an online game called War of Cities (Varosokharca) I am making the design and some developments there and that way I don’t have time to develop my own site PingThatBlog.
But don’t worry I will begin developing in the next days.
I would like to change my database structure and,
as you see the Latest Blog Ping Server list page is down due to developing.
I would like to make a page where everybody can choose their own servers to ping.
And yes my own blogsearch…as I announced it’s own rpc everybody started to ping it.:)daily 10-20 blogs.
Well the only problem is that in the past few days some people started to spam my rpc…:(
I’ve got to solve it too…

xmlrpc interface for blog pinging
2009. február 17. keddWell the last week had spent with developing and searching for xmlrpc server and client method.Now the server is up and its working now only with the following parameters:
url: http://rpc.pingthatblog.com
port: 80
method: weblogupdates.ping
There will be a blogsearch developed for this rpc.But you can use it now.Because it would help me developing and finding bugs.So lets get started,and ping my RPC too.
You can easily add it to your list.

On the main site the newest impovement is the checkbox with which you can select services by languages.
Further improvements needed in checking through all of them whether they are accepting english or any other languages or not.

sorted out my brain
2009. január 13. keddWell today and yesterday too, I made an algorhytm for sorting domains by extensions.One and a half day.. and then I relaised that it have no functionality at all form the users view..
Why?International domains are .com .net.biz.org and so on and they are not following each others alphabetically…The other thing is that I don’t know how to get the domain language, the real language of it’s content.So these international domains are a little bit confusing.As anybody can buy a for example .hu domain and write something in english or german on it. So I Don’t Know!
I think checkboxes will be the solution for this problem.There will be checkboxesand with these checkboxes you can select all .net domains all.com domains. all jp and .de or anything else domains which have more than 2 domains in the list.
Huhh What a day!!!!
Now I’ve got to sleep, and a one week holiday comes, so everybody please wait a little,because developing will be slower a little bit.:)

2009. január 8. csütörtökWell today I have realised some bugs and some problems with the updating list.I’ve got to solve them so now I would call the site online a beta test.
But not bad I think more than 700 pageload in 11 days:)
Today I did some optimalization with the meta and title tags.I hope I will get better placing in search engines. 
I have modified the header and the footer too because of some incorrect php code.
And after that comes the real work, I’ve got solve the dynamically updating list’s problem.And sort the list into two or three categories.

2009. január 4. vasárnapToday I have rewrote some php codes which are using files.And the ones that are handling statistics.Some Language files.And if I will have enough time I will write the php title and meta tags.:)
Oh and I have refreshed the xml rpc list!

finalizing script
2008. december 28. vasárnaptoday I have finalized the script for users.All the needed changes in header been made.The language selector is working.But this only effects hungarian visitors.I cannot bear with myself tonot to delete robots.txt and to release the script.So now it cannot be viewed by anyone.
I have integrated the google adsense and etarget ads so I hope I will get some financial help;)
And the main thing is that I have divided the site into 2 parts.For International and Hungarian visitors.
Yeah and I have collected some directories with higher than PR 6 
so tomorrow’s to do’s:
-image ALT link ALT and TITLE tags filling
-terms of service interpretation
-submitting to directories
-contacting some people;)
